Our lavender flowers are harvested and dried from early July until mid-August. Lavender Boots are harvested and quickly transported to their place of drying. Lavender is distributed on a tarp in the open, and is stirred to separate waste flowers. Finally, the flower is sorted to remove the maximum of impurities.

The lavender flower is used to make teas, syrups, dishes, desserts, etc (for food use). Dried lavender is preserved naturally very long time, and preserves all its taste and flavor, which makes it unique and exceptional.
